WHAT IS THE GAPS DIET?
The GAPS Diet is a nutritional protocol developed by Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride. It is designed to heal and seal the gut, starve pathogenic bacteria, repopulate the gut with beneficial bacteria and nourish the immune system with high dense nutrient foods.
What is the difference between the GAPS INTRODUCTION Diet and FULL GAPS?
The GAPS INTRODUCTION Diet is a progressive diet which has 6 stages designed to heal and seal the gut, identify problematic foods, and feed the body dense nutrient foods. It starts with the easiest foods to digest and gently adds more difficult foods until you move to the FULL GAPS Diet. The FULL GAPS Diet a broad selection of food that nourish the body, increase the good bacteria in the gut and exclude foods that feed pathological bacteria.
