Service Description

Learn how to ferment vegetables in the comfort of your own home. Get a group of 4 or more and I'll come to you and teach you to make a beet kavass or cabbage tonic as well as a fermented vegetable medley. You'll get to make and take home your own kavass or tonic and all materials are supplied. So get some friends together and let make some good gut tonics to boost your immune system, increase your energy and improve your microbiome. $65 per person.
